It is my pleasure to announce the newest addition to the Staco Service team. Pamela Williams has accepted the position of Inside Sales & Customer Analytics Specialist, effective September 3rd, 2013. Pamela will report to me. Pamela will be responsible for coordinating, gathering, analyzing, and presenting Service data to customers. our sales and the service organization, all to support our Service programs, conducive to increasing our service presence, leading to penetration and competitive advantage in our selected markets. Pamela has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work with minors in Business and Psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and joins Staco with over 15 years in customer support and inside sales experience. This includes the last 5 years as a Senior Customer Care Representative handling over 120 targeted chains and national accounts for a Fortune 200 company. Pamela has extensive experience with quotations, data analytics, and project management and is well versed in process simplification practices. Her previous inside sales and customer service skills will position her well for success in her new role. Please join me in congratulating Pamela on her new assignment!
