Date: October 7, 2019
Subject: Organizational Announcement

Jim Clark has informed me that he is retiring.   He will be working until the end of October, then taking his last two weeks of vacation.

I am very happy for Jim, he is entering the next chapter in his life, enjoying retirement down in St. Augustine, FL. Jim will truly be missed; he has been a big contributor to the success of Staco. Jim started work at Staco on April 1, 2003 and was extremely instrumental in getting Staco a foothold in the UPS industry.   His counsel, mentorship and support has been felt throughout the organization on a daily basis.

Effective November 1st, Bret Fox and Bob Baker will report to me. Steve Smith will report to Bret. A search is underway for additional product support and design engineers. I am also pleased to announce that Jim Clark will be working with Staco in a consulting role.

Please send your congratulations to Jim as he moves on to his well-deserved retirement. Jim will be coming back in November so we can officially celebrate this milestone!

Sincerely,
Jeff Hoffman
President
