DAYTON, OH, July 30, 2018– Construction has commenced on a new office/manufacturing/warehousing facility for Staco Energy Products.  The facility will be approximately 96,168 SF in size, including office space totaling 13,102 SF.

Located on Technical Drive in Miamisburg, the facility will allow Staco to consolidate its Dayton area operations under one roof, providing an environment for improved efficiencies as well as room for future growth.  Staco currently employs sixty-two individuals and expects to increase their employment by four people over the next three years.

According to Jeff Hoffman, President, Staco Energy Products, “The new facility will allow us to enhance our training and research and development capabilities. It will provide a platform to allow us to continue our accelerated growth, more than a fifty percent increase in revenues in the last five years.  We look forward to partnering with Miller-Valentine on this project.”

“We are pleased to have been selected by Staco to construct their new manufacturing facility, allowing them to be prepared for future growth and technological developments,” said Denny Whitehead, Miller-Valentine Group Sr. Vice President.  “We are proud to be part of the team which includes The Kleingers Group, Schaefer, James C. Hawthorn Associates, and Tri-Tech, to fulfill Staco’s vision”.
