Subject: Service Organizational Announcement

In an effort to grow and to better provide services to both manufacturing and our customer base, the following changes have been implemented with regards to the Staco Energy Products Service Department.

Lorenzo Schide:
Effect July 1, 2019, Lorenzo Schide will transfer to manage the manufacturing test team as well as provide services within the department. Lorenzo will have the primary responsibility for; scheduling / testing of new products, testing / repair of all returns, RMAs and the management of the service parts inventory. While this will be the primary responsibility of the test department, he will also provide technical support, telephone support and field support as the schedule demands but hopefully less frequently than in the past. Lorenzo will continue to report to me.

Joe Sullivan:
I am pleased to announce that effective July 1st Joe Sullivan is being promoted to Service Manager. Joe will have the primary responsibility of  ensuring that our customers receive prompt and accurate service and telephone support. This includes our 7 x 24 telephone support system, Staco Direct Service as well as the services provided by our ASP’s, (Authorized Service Providers) network. Since his promotion 12 months ago, Joe has shown his ability to overcome problematic issues with ease. We have confidence that Joe will excel in providing the same level of success in his new role. Joe will now be reporting directly to me.

In effect we are adding an additional field service technician with each individual within the service department assigned to a specific role throughout the month. This will hopefully allow each division within the service department to better focus on their strategic role within the company.

Matthew Iams:
I am pleased to announce the addition of Matt Iams to the service team. Matt comes to us from Kiemle‐Hankins Company in Monroe, Ohio. His background is in the power industry, formerly responsible for quality testing and field repair of medium voltage switchgear. Matt comes to us with an understand of troubleshooting complex control systems, power infrastructure, electrical safety and the use of diagnostic equipment. Matt’s primary focus will be to quickly become the lead to technical support for the service department, providing telephone support, training and when required field assistance. Matt starts on July 8th and will report to Joe Sullivan. Please join me in welcoming Matt to the Staco team.

Michelle has been a key member of the Staco service team with her efforts in  coordinating field service work and supplying parts to critical locations. Please join me in congratulating Michelle on becoming a full time, member of our team, well done Michelle!
