I am pleased to announce the promotion of Carlos Zaldivar to Director of International Sales - Latin America for both the Staco and Minuteman businesses. Carlos has been with Staco since 2019 and has been very instrumental in the growth in Latin America. This change is part of our plan to capitalize on synergies, where it makes sense, between the two companies. The markets and channels are similar with some of the same distributors and partners, so this change will provide a path towards a total product solution sale and is a much more cost-effective way to
go to market.
