Subject: Organizational Announcement
I am pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin Canole to the position of Director of Business Development for the Staco and Para Single Phase UPS (Non-UL924) business. Kevin will be reporting to me in this role due to the dual company responsibility. Kevin has been with Para for approximately 28 years in various Product Management and Sales roles. Kevin will be taking the lead in migrating us to one brand, Minuteman, for the Single-Phase product line. This falls along the line of our goal to capitalize on synergies where it makes sense. This migration will be a journey and will take a lot of planning and communicating but ultimately will benefit both companies and improve inventory control.
There will be a transition of responsibilities amongst key personnel over the next few months. Additional communication on responsibilities will be provided shortly.
