Staco Energy Promotes Rene Cultice to Director of Human Resources for Staco and Para Systems, Inc.

I am pleased to announce the promotion of Rene Cultice to the position of Director of Human Resources for both the Staco and Para businesses.  Rene started with Staco in 2014 and led the effort to get comprehensive policies and protocols in place.  She played a major role in the transformation of Staco’s human resource department and continually works to make sure we remain compliant with all the regulations.  There is an enormous amount of work she also does behind the scenes that is very critical to our daily operation.  

In her new role, Rene will be leading the effort to create consistencies, where possible, between Staco and Para.  She will be the focal point on all personnel issues.  She will also be Millie Rivera’s backup for payroll at Para.
