We are excited to announce that Rochelle has been promoted to Engineering Support Manager, effective January 1st. Rochelle will report directly to me, and Jacob Rowland will report to her. She and her team will oversee Sustaining activities, including ECR/ECO processes, factory issue resolution, and assisting Service with field concerns. Rochelle began her journey with Staco as a contractor and became a full-time team member in September 2024. Her leadership and commitment make her an excellent fit for this role.
