We are pleased to announce that Ethan Sites has been promoted to Manufacturing Engineering, effective 5/16/2026, following Fred Miller’s upcoming retirement. Ethan will report to Bret Fox. Since joining Staco on 3/3/2025, Ethan has learned a great deal in his prior role as Supervisor of Winding and
Coil Processing, and his strong technical skills and problem-solving ability will make him a great
replacement for Fred.
In this new role, Ethan will continue to support the winding area with machine troubleshooting as needed, while also expanding his support to the rest of the plant.
