To ensure continued leadership in Winding, Phil Imberi will assume the supervision and management of the winding area and is being promoted to Quality Engineer | Winding Supervisor, also effective 5/16/2026. Phil was hired on 5/1/2023 as a Quality Engineer and has already demonstrated a strong
ability to relate to the team and work through problems. This is an excellent opportunity for Phil to grow
his management experience. Phil will continue to report to Dave Wilzbach, with dotted-line reporting to
Tammy Grigsby.
