Ethan comes to us with five years of experience with our winding equipment, as he has been the primary resource responsible for setting up and qualifying our Ruff winding machines at ToolTech. He will also be challenged with learning the new Sumwic core winders and our epoxy, sanding, and plating processes, making him the in-house expert for the coil production process.
Stan Byrd will remain the Equipment and Facilities Manager and will be focusing on implementing our PM program using our new PM software. This is in addition to his facility management duties.

Libby also willingly picked up the product management duties of our Single-Phase UPS product line for a brief time when we were in critical need of coverage. She most recently added the responsibility as the department head for the Para marketing effort and has been instrumental in driving change and leading the new product launches.

I am pleased to announce the promotion of Bret Fox to the position of Vice President.  

He has been with Staco since 2014 where he started out as our Engineering Product Support Group Manager, and over time, to his most recent role of Director of Engineering.  During his time at Staco Bret has been the central figure in managing our new product development efforts.  He has also been the key technical liaison with our offshore partners to ensure they provide products that meet our specifications. The development of large power systems in enclosures has been a key to our recent success and Bret has been a critical part of leading that effort. Most recently he has been one of the key individuals in the implementation of the Epicor ERP System.

He comes to us with over 26 years of industry experience working for Controlled Power (now Trystar) focusing on several sales regions, but most recently supporting the South/Southeast region.
 
Charles will be reporting to me and will be working from his home in Michigan. He will be at the Staco factory this week for training and introductory meetings.

Staco Energy Announces Bryan Baldwin's Transition from Service to Operations

I am pleased to announce that Bryan Baldwin will be joining the Operations Team as Materials Manager, reporting to me, effective in October. The exact date will be announced as the time approaches. At that time James Cashman will report to Bryan.

From now until October, Bryan will be working to ensure a smooth transition with the Service team.

Bryan has been with Staco since 2018, and as the manager of the Test Area has worked successfully with the Operations Team during his tenure. This new opportunity will allow him to continue utilizing his skills while learning a new area of the business.
